The team finished 12–3, placed 3rd in district, and won the 2025–2026 JPS District Tournament Championship.

The Lady Patriots defeated Hancock on February 25 to advance to the next round of state playoffs.

Byrd finished the season with 1,065 yards and nine TDs on 151 carries, had 81 receiving yards and averaged 37 yards on three kickoff returns.
